    It works really well. We have used it every day since we bought it. Only one minor complaint about the plastic cover for the carafe. It is not very sturdy. Not sure when it happened but it melted slightly and comes off when you pour the espresso. It never fit really well and it was always best to remove it before pouring. Overall VERY happy with this purchase..

    Well it works. As others have said, the lid to the carafe melts, first application for me, That is the major negative to this unit. The 'extras' do not have a housing place is another downfall. The scoop/packer had a home on the model this is replacing.
