Ok. I buy 2 times and in really really slow. I can’t chance because I’m loose the box. But I’m never recomendable this product.

It makes a nice expresso but a bit cumbersome. Awkward to get the coffee tool to slip into place . Almost have to stoop down and look underneath to view how to line it up.

It is great at work. Just the top lid was defective.

I suggest you buy the 2 year warranty. The last one we owned lasted about 18 months. We used it almost every day. Sometimes twice a day. We found Supreme Bustelo being really good. It's good for two people. Save money and make it yourself.

Satisfied with the purchase no complaints. It pays for itself not having to go to a Starbucks or Beans and Brew and spending $5-$6 for a latte. Now can make at home and save a trip and gas.

The only issue is you have to monitor the amount being made.

This is an entry-level coffee machine. Does its job for most parts. However, there's a big issue with the way the frother system works. Each time I have used the frother the water gets milky. White particles floating in the water tank. I have to rinse the tank several times after each use. That makes the maintenance for a small machine - too high. I can't expect a clean cup of brews two subsequent times.

Really a bad product. It gets stuck and clogged. Worst cappuccino machine ever

If you make cappuccino you need to watch the brewing espresso or you won't have no steam to make your froth also be careful with the black steam jet or you will pull it off

Its a really good espresso maker it just has a heating feature that if you leave on by accident it will destroy its self the seal will get warped

If are a fan of espresso coffee, you maybe get disappointed with. The coffee does not come out with a crema on top that give you smoothness sensation on your mouth, as Italian expresso machine coffee does.

My concern is steam and leaching of plastic in my latte. I thought the Bella Pro series meant quality.

does not turn off automatically, the control is poorly signaled, the light that indicates on is very bad

This machine really left a lot to be desired… the price was definitely the reason I decided to try my luck with it but unfortunately the espresso shots never poured quite right. They always tasted a bit off. I also tried their steaming wand for some lattes and it’s also extremely awkward to work with. If you’re not particularly picky with your coffee and are just looking for a budget friendly machine I would probably splurge a couple dollars more because this machine is really underwhelming.

It makes espresso but no foaming, which is important to me. It is not the brand that I ordered so don't know if the one I did order would have met my requirements better.

I don't drink coffee but I bough it for a friend. Very strong materials but the milk frother doesn't work after couple of uses

Good for singles because it doesn’t make much and the milk steamer wand is not long enough for you to really get in the milk

The best that coffee can be when not in Paris! Try it, you'l like it! Once you do there is no going back to your old ways,----ever! In my house this is the only way to make coffee
