This was a purchase that I made to switch up some from making my coffee with a Keurig. The smell of freshly brewed coffee is amazing.

It’s okay. We’ve tried 4 others to replace our simple red mr coffee that we’ve had for years & this is the closest we came to taste. Not sure yet if we’re keeping it

The product heats up well but it's too slow and when item was received, the box was in good shape but the wire on top for heating was all bent.

Even a year later if I make anything in this it has a plastic taste.

The part where you put the water had a strong smell that transferred to the taste.

Is not a good machine it look a feel like a toy I really don’t like at all

I would not believe how good my espresso tastes using this machine. The instructions are very easy to read and follow. Shipping was good. I recommend.

This is the worst espresso machine I've purchased. It should be sold as a drip coffee maker that looks like an espresso machine. With all the positive reviews I question if I got a dud but 5 bars of pressure isn't nearly enough to make good espresso. Returned

The product is not good. Water comes automatically when i power on.

Sometimes I used not every day After one month electric doesn’t work

Does a fair job of creating a good espresso/latte/cappucino. However I was displeased to find that it doesn't have an automatic turn off for the heating element.

The first one I bought came defective and had to exchange, haven’t had any issues with the new one. I really like it and definitely recommend.

 got it on April of 2022 worked great till it die on July the power won’t come on very disappointed

I had this for a little while and let me tell you this machine is a nightmare. The entire machine became overly hot. Like you couldn't touch it. To find out water was leaking from the inside. It even stopped making the esspresso as the water was gettikg everywhere else. It leaked all over my counter. I do not recommend. Just spend the money on a DeLonghi. A small one can run about $100 on best buy. And get the protection. As the protection saved me from this mess.

I ordered this item twice, hoping the second would be better. The first one had a DIRTY water tank with white gunk. It was already moist inside, as if it was used before. The item went on sale, and I thought to give it another chance. This one was clean, but the STEAMER does not work. Stay away from this product. Work on your quality assurance. I will be returning this item.

This unit does everything we expected and more . Originally just wanted an espresso machine , but this one does everything !

Little smaller then expected, the quality does not look very good, the on/off light is difficult to see, could result in keeping the top hot all day.

Great little espresso maker. Brews quick and tastes great. I don't use the milk steamer though. Too much hassle, and espresso tastes better black anyway.

It looks really good. But my daughter wanted a Mr coffee iced coffee maker instead. I returned it unopened. But I would totally try it if I needed an espresso maker.
