    The milk steamer does not work like coffee shop steamers. The espresso is okay only if Cafe Bustelo is used.

    Stopped working after 6 months. From the first day it smelled like burning plastic every time I used the espresso machine. It made okay espresso (I drink it cold), so I won't rate it one star. BestBuy tells me I have to deal with Bella instead of allowing an exchange within the warranty period. Going to start buying elsewhere.

    The Bella Brand is trustworthy and I am happy to have this machine. I have not used it yet but will be trying it this weekend.
