    Have bought 2 over past 3 years as the on/off/steam knob plastic shaft will break after 2 years if you are lucky - definitely a design flaw or planned obsolesce. Works great until the shaft breaks without replacement parts being available

    I've had it a month and it smells like either plastic is melting or electrical wires are burning. Worked fine at first at least enough to get you passed their two week return period.
