Makes great espresso, but the coffee power holder with the handle got oxidized after few washes in hot water. Care should be taken to dry it and not leave it wet.

Like it a lot. My wife and I are using it everyday now.

The piece that holds the espresso cup that allows you to dump the used coffee grounds broke. After the Best Buy return option expired. I reached out to Bella....WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Still dealing with a broken piece and no replacement after several attempts with their customer service. It's a great starter machine but couldn't believe how fast the piece broke.

It does the job. A great price and a great in-store pickup experience.

Not very well built. Does not seem to have nearly as much pressure as other Espresso machines I have owned.

I was not impressed with it from the beginning, it looks very cheap. But I would get used to it as long as it works properly and does it’s job. It was fine at first but one day my husband was making coffee and it blow up on him, luckily he has fast reaction and jumped away on time but it broke my coffee mug and made a mess on my kitchen:(

And then I had to return it to the store after the fourth use the frother completely quit working. I upgraded to the next price range and the results were much better.

I think its a good start for people who love coffee

I love my Espresso machine, so far a great investment

I’ve had this machine for about two months and the knob which controls the steam/pour broke. I’m pretty upset about this BUT I ended up going to Best Buy and getting a De’Longhi espresso machine. Wow what a world of difference couldn’t be happier! Pay an extra $60 and save yourself some headache! The taste is so much better with the De’Longhi and pretty sure it’ll last longer.

Good cofee machine and excellence espresso features

Purchase Bella Pro 6 months for our office of 3. Delayed opening to January of this year where we opened and used it for a week. Poor quality on the lid on the espresso. It started to warp and the lid is not secure. The Internal heat of the espresso maker makes it hard to make more than 2 cups. 3rd person in the office has to wait because the lid on top gets so hot, you cannot make another cup unless you turn off and wait 30 minutes. The Milk Frother does not work either. I am not happy with this PRO series espresso.

Did what it was supposed to do until day 4 when it started to smell like burning and then, it did not work anymore, somebody would say you get what you paid for but my last one before this one was an imusa brand paid $15 dollars lasted me 3 years.

Maybe I got a lemon but my machine broke after less than 3 months of use. I also wasn't very happy with the quality of espresso it was making. I guess you get what you pay for...

For how cheap it is not horrible,but not good. Makes medocre espresso at best. Cant use steamer or espresso maker at the same time.

The machine was very quality, very cheap material, and I would hardly say that it made espresso, its more of a coffee maker that looks like an espresso machine. You definitely get what you paid for with this machine. I immediately returned it and paid a bit more for a different brand, and I was completely satisfied with this new one. My advice is pay a little more and get a different one that will work better and will actually last you longer than a couple of months if you are lucky.
