Not a good machine

Subpar product but good price!

You get what you pay for

Must hold onto the entire machine to insert the coffee basket securely otherwise it slides off the counter. If you have already made one cup and going for a second, the natural inclination is to hold it at the top. However the “cup holder/warmer area” Is blistering hot. If you grab it you will get burned. The lid to my decanter is already misshapened I guess from the heat of the steam. Cheap plastic.

I called Bella and submitted all of the info they asked for...from what I could understand from the woman that had no grasp of the English language. Nothing...no response....I emailed ans asked for the status..no response. Bella stinks..do not buy!!!

Went on sale a couple days after I bought it

Very Dangerous machine.be careful if your short.

If I had been shorter it could have blinded me! :( This machine has,ON or OFF option. If you turn ON, you must choose “froth”, whereas it drips till heated enough to make steam, or you choose “espresso” where it dribbles hot-ish water till it comes to pressure, thus ruining your fine espresso grinds. I do not recommend this machine.

More for Drip coffee
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This machine isn’t for lattes. Wand doesn’t foam milk properly. Buy the time the drip is done and your needing to steam your milk (you have to turn the handle opposite ways to make it drip the coffee or use the steam wand) your coffee is cold. And since the steam wand doesn’t warm the milk much of anything, you have a dissatisfying cold coffee at your finger tips. Try just a regular drip machine instead or look for a better espresso machine

This one is Cheap, the entire outside heats up, outside too hot to touch. second time it gave me a cup of hot brown colored water. Really regret wasting the money on this. Mr. coffee
