This is the definition of a cheap product by a cheap brand, this brand is in all Big Lots, and it's so cheap that it just stopped working mid coffee pour. I ten days past the obnoxiously trash return policy Best Buy offers. F u c king garbage.

This is the second espresso machine I purchased in one year. The first one lasted me about 9 months. The second one is already giving me issues and the foamer doesn't work well. I have this one for one month only so that means I would never purchase this product again. The product is not build to last long and very poor quality.

The Expresso machine worked well once, then after that it tasted burnt every time. By the time we used it a few times and realized it wasn’t any good, we could no longer return it to Best Buy. You only had 3 weeks after Christmas to return it. Won’t do that again.

This was a cheap purchase but let me save the time. If you want espresso don’t buy this product. Some people don’t know the difference between espresso and coffee and this seems to just make coffee not espresso. It’s harder and very inconvenient if your on a time schedule

This project was really good as long as it worked however only made about 20 cups of coffee before It decided to quit working. luckily I didn’t pay much for it Hardly worth the trouble of calling the manufacturer

Very dangerous product burned my hand on this be very careful when using.

This machine seem to work great but second use melted a carafe cap. I emailed factory for a cap replacement got not answer.. Do not recommend this brand.

The cheap plastic encasing the espresso machine was cracked and broken when I received it. I returned it without attempting to use it. I’ll continue using my 30 year old Il Krups and try to find its replacement on Ebay.

I bought this coffeemaker I think one month ago maybe little more and know doesn’t work suddenly this piece of... started to smell to burn so it’s a shame because I like to make my coffee in this coffeemakers now I need to buy another one really bad quality

This worked very well for the first 25 days. It made great tasting hot lattes. The milk frother was great as well. Then all the sudden the milk frother stopped working. Then in a day or 2 the coffee was not as hot. So apparently I got a lemon as well from what I read in the views

Ok for 1 cup a week, if you spend more will get more.

Product didn't come with instructions and wasn't what I expected. Wasn't a good buy. Also tried to return it but package was lost at UPS but package never was received by best buy. So a waste of my money.

It worked for three or four times. Then started to have a lot of calcium and black particles when you will make the espresso. We follow the cleaning instructions but did not work.

This product has the worst packaging. They decided to put the glass ware on the sides of the box. As soon as I lifted to take out the coffee machine form the box bang, glass falls and breaks.

I bought the machine and it wasn't working properly and didn't last . It broke 3 months after I bought it. I called the manufacturer they were not willing to help me

I have had this for one month and it now leaks! I didn’t have high expectations when I bought this, but I thought it would last a little longer.

Do not buy, this machine breaks fast and the company will not honor their warranty.

Absolutely hate it. Quality of espresso is terrible! I wish I could return it but unfortunately it’s past the return period. Do not buy!

This is a small machine, black plastic lid started to melt with the heat and the machine is not consistent on how it brews the coffee. I wish i can return it!!

I don't recommend this item if you want to make lattes. The milk frother doesn't work well after using it a few times, and the machine makes a lot of noise. I recommend buying a Nespresso machine instead.
