Nice size and nice brewing options for a home kitchen. I stopped using coffee makers that allow hot liquids to come in contact with plastic parts such as drip nozzels and cafe lids. Heated Plastic can leach or release chemicals so I stopped using anything that does not use stainless steal or glass in areas that comes in contact with or transports any hot liquid. Like some reviewers noted, the plastic tip has started to melt which for me causes concern. I have stopped using.

So I got the hang of it pretty quick. It's my first time making espresso. The only thing I can't get the hang of is the steam wand for the milk.

I don’t know anything about coffee but my husband has used this everyday since he got it and twice on some days. He loves it!

Well... The first problem we had was the top to the glass pot melted. The next time we used it, we made our espresso and as we were removing the pot it exploded, glass and coffee everywhere. We decided not to send it back yet, what else can break and the milk frother works good. Another well.... The frother has stopped working. Now we need to see if Best Buy will take it back.

Terrible machine. Literally exploded with the 5th use. Do NOT purchase!!!

I actually really like the style of the machine, as the 4 cup espresso machine is hard to find. But it has a big design flaw. The light to indicate that the machine is on, is on the side, not the front. You cannot see the light and it is very easy to leave it on, which is potentially a fire hazard. The company needs to change this feature. I would have been very happy with the product otherwise.

Little bit smaller than I expected, but works good and looks pretty while doing it.

Do not believe in this people, they offer a deal with a good the price, but they do not honor, the delivery day they make up any excuse to not delivery it, like they cant find the address or they couldn't contact you, anything just to not honor the deal. do not waste your time.

Disappointed. The cup is not high enough under the coffee. So coffee sputters all over. The lid falls off when pouring coffee. When attaching the coffee holder, you must hold on to the whole pot to get it secure.

It worked first for 6 months, but the coffee does not come out after it had been put into storage over 6 months. There is only vapor but no coffee during brewing. I cleaned the machine with vinegar several times, but no improvement. This is terrible.

Not worth buying! Two of these purchased. First one the plastic control knob broke off so unable to shut off or use the frother. Second unit quit functioning after a couple of months.

I have had the machine for less than a month and the control knob broke. I will be returning it.

Intially it was good. But now frothing sucks. Waste of money.Dont waste money on this junk

Didn't even last year and maybe used it twice a week.
