    Slow drip works great, but using the pods is horrible. Both in the lower and raised position, it spits out the water into the cup, splashing everywhere. Have to clean up everytime you use a pod.

    How long is the warranty? It stopped working. All lights are same as before. It makes the same coffee making sound. Just no coffee came out, its blicked somewhere?

    Space saving coffee maker that is quickly and easily switched between basket filter, ground coffee, full carafe brewing and single cup, pod brewing. This unit works very well with either method. A full carafe takes about ten minutes to brew, a single cup at twelve ounces only a couple minutes. Thirteen inches tall, six inches wide and thirteen inches deep, it takes up minimal counter space even with its attached twelve cup water reservoir at the rear. A seven inch tall travel mug will fit between the top nozzle and carafe base and a five inch tall mug will fit when the tray is lowered. Depending on distance from countertop to bottom of upper cabinets, it might be difficult to fill the reservoir without moving it into the open. It's light so no big deal. I did try using ground coffee in the included pod-filter but it turned out weak. Might need to grind the coffee finer but the results didn't surpass the pods I had on hand. Additionally, it is quite messy to clean out afterward. Individual pod filters are widely available and probably a must if one wants to use fresh ground coffee with single serving. It's just as easy to brew a full carafe. My only complaint about this unit is its lack of a auto-brew timer. Was spoiled by having this option on other units but it really doesn't take long to brew a fresh cup. Overall this is a nice unit.

    It only lasted 2 months. The water just stopped flowing and it’s making a loud noise. Not worth trying to get it fixed for the sale price and can’t return. Probably just have to buy a new coffee maker. Frustrating.

    Worst purchase, stopped working in 15 days. Asked for replacement but they don't have same item in stock. No refund. Very disappointing.

    Bought on Aug 18 2024 was only used 4 times a week and then quit working, seems to be made of poor quality. Now just waiting on return info from the manufacturer.

    Had this coffee maker 3 weeks, yes, 3 weeks, and it won't work anymore!! Dont buy this junk!

    Not a very good deal with no instructions

    The worst of the worst, verly used, bought in january didn't use for over a month and after few time of use quit working , buying this is just a waste of money , sadly I bought 2 and can even be returned

    Terrible. Coffee maker fails to shut off, so it’s a fire hazard. Makes weak coffee, so if you like thin brown water this is your machine!

    Dead after 4 months

    I purchased this coffee maker in Jan. 2024. It was a great coffee maker until May 7th, 2024. It died that day, would no longer pump water.
