Poor Quality & even worse customer service

From the start, it felt flimsy and poorly constructed. The most frustrating issue is with the K-cup filter, which keeps popping open during brewing. This not only makes a mess but also affects the taste of the coffee, resulting in a weak and inconsistent brew. Reached out to the manufacturer - and they have been unhelpful. Won't sell spares or fix the issue. Switching between the carafe and the K-cup is a chore. Overall, this coffee maker falls short in terms of build quality and functionality. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and durable machine. Don't even think about it when on sale here for less than 20 bucks...(You know why it is that cheap).

Don't waste your money
