To use the single serve pod it's a process where you have to change out parts. I was thinking it'd work like the Kerig that does pods & a full pot. That's what I ended up buying even though it was a little more $174.99. This was put to good use as a gift for my aunt when her coffee maker broke.

Works really fast. Received in excellent condition.

I havent used the K Cup function but the Caraffe works very well. Makes good coffee

really love this coffee maker seemless transitions from k-cup to full pot of coffee great for morning coffe as running out door and weekend sipping all day. only con would be that hot plate doesnt keep pot warm, have to warm up coffee after an hour of brew.

Bought for a gift and the price for value was great. I can't speak to disability but Keurig brand hasn't been reliable imo/experience

Delivered to m with hole in the box from the manufacturer without any sort of packaging to protect it from harsh condition. The item arrived more than 7 days from the east side to west side of the US. Imagine box being thrown several times and the box looked like it came from the garbage bin with intact item inside.. Was returned and BESTBUY did not refund me the right amount. Only $2 plus cents because I used a reward certificate that could not be refund? The amount I planned to buy something else from best buy. I went to the right route to complain but nothing was returned even a replacement item. Shame on you BESTBUY. $50 refund you could not return. You kept an item without returning my $50 reward certificate. What is nice to be a Bestbuy plus member? I paid that membership and you could not provide that kind of experience for reward members.

The coffee pot worked great, made the best tasting coffee I have had... too bad the button to open the lid snapped off after just 7 months. This is the one part of the maker that will get a lot of use and have to hold up to wear and tear, being pressed twice, every time someone makes coffee and it's made of the cheapest plastic in the world. It's set up for failure and Best Buy won't help even though it's under a 2 year warranty, The only way is for me to drive to a store that is very far away. I buy things online because I can't get to their store. Their warranty service is a joke, buy a different coffee pot, from a different store,

After about 4 uses, the cover for the single serve filter will not stay closed which results and coffee grounds being slashed into the coffee cup. I called customer service as indicated on the instruction manual and was told they are unable to order parts and the unit would have to be returned to Best Buy. So why bother telling purchasers call customer service????

I bought this for my husband but he’s still using his old one. I’m sure when we start using it , we’ll enjoy it. I like the fact that you can make a whole pot or just one cup .

Brews fine, I love the reusable filters. I got it because I wanted the option to brew a single cup, but the k-cup insert didn't let me put enough grounds in to make the coffee strong enough.

Not very user friendly if I had to choose I pick something else

Like the fact that I can use this for standard coffee or Keurig type coffees. The only thing I wish it had was a clock and timer but I purchased this on sales for only $29.99 and for that price I am ok without it.

I just love my Bella duel coffee maker. The quality of this product far exceeds anything I have previously purchased. I recommend this product over all the others. In the afternoon I love to have me one cup, its just perfect.

My wife and I work overnight and have been wanting to switch from energy drinks to coffee, this machine is perfect for just that. Switching between single serve and carafe is simple, cleaning is also straight forward.

This is great machine for a quick cup of coffee for a family of 2. If there are few additinal guests it can accomodate them too. The price was fantantic to grab one.

It worked great for about 6 months and then stopped working all together. It was not used daily so fairly disappointing.

I have used it to make pots of coffee and single serve. And has worked as expected for both. I've also used it to make tea just throw a couple tea bags in the top. And comes out nice and strong

So far so good, haven't had any problems, does what it's supposed to in all its various modes. Looks really good too on the counter.
