Melting lip latch

Which can affect your ability to open the lid. Should be made of something else besides plastic.

It's A Process To Use Single Serve Pods

I was thinking it'd work like the Kerig that does pods & a full pot. That's what I ended up buying even though it was a little more $174.99. This was put to good use as a gift for my aunt when her coffee maker broke.

Made great coffee, broke after 7 months

This is the one part of the maker that will get a lot of use and have to hold up to wear and tear, being pressed twice, every time someone makes coffee and it's made of the cheapest plastic in the world. It's set up for failure and Best Buy won't help even though it's under a 2 year warranty, The only way is for me to drive to a store that is very far away. I buy things online because I can't get to their store. Their warranty service is a joke, buy a different coffee pot, from a different store,

Not happy

I called customer service as indicated on the instruction manual and was told they are unable to order parts and the unit would have to be returned to Best Buy. So why bother telling purchasers call customer service????
