    The product is great but the touch screen buttons don't work as expected, especially the one for french fries. I even went and exchanged it for a new one thinking it is that particular piece but the new one had the same problem. We somehow are able to turn that mode on after multiple attempts.

    This thing is a cooking wonder! Has all the space (which means you'll need a pretty big space to store it in) you'd need in an air fryer, plus plenty of helpful pre-sets depending on what you're throwing in there. No issues so far even though I've been using it as much as humanly possible in the short time I've owned it.
