    I bought two of this products, one for my daughter using in her apartment and one for me at home. Mine seams functioning properly without issues, but the one shipped to my daughter is a broken one. When it is started, it made huge noise like something was shaking inside. She checked it multiple times and still feel it can not work safely. Since it was shipped to her in campus and she has put all packages into garbage bin, she can not return it. At the end, we just feel wasted money with bad luck.

    Always preheats. Controls are unusual. Has no air fry option. It does have a 2 year warranty .

    This was a good buy bcuz I hot it on a 3 day sale its a good airfreight but on the temperature setting button its kinda hard to set to your desired temperature..other than tht it works great for me
