    Worked great for this first year. On month 13, unit started running without the basket and won't turn on it the basket. This is a HUGE fire hazard. I have contacted Bella and I am hopeful that they will replace.

    Something about the basket being round just doesn’t sit right with me. I haven’t been able to cook anything “just right” with it. Chicken comes out raw or burnt same for potatoes. Cleaning is also a tedious process. 3 stars because I guess most of it just my personal issues.

    It came broken. I told Best Buy I came broken and instead of actually trying to fix that they decided that they were going to tell me to go to a Best Buy store in order to get a replacement knowing that there’s no Best Buy actually close to me also as well as having me wait 2 1/2 weeks to receive the product even though they told me next day shipping.

    I can’t believe this Air Fryer has good reviews. It smells so bad! I never had issues with other brands but after using few times… I can’t get rid of the plastic smell and it makes the food taste horrible. I’m returning it for sure.
