    There QA needs improving. Bought 2x and both had the inside tray coating had places where it flaked off. Also I wished the tray didn't have so many grooves for grease to hid in. I hate that the light does not turn off. They didnt think that all the way through. But I like that the button labels are NOT painted on, It protects them from being rubbed off.

    Display works smoothly, it has over heated a couple of times and shut off the apartment electricity/breaker first couple of times it was shoved in the corner under cupboard, ceramic plating was the biggest reason for buying so that's a big pro. Plate is not attached to handle so you can't dump food on to your plate, the crisper plate falls out.
