The touch screen is a little off with sensitivity, but overall i am super happy with this purchase.

As advertised it makes nice extra crispy fries....

I’m very disappointed with this bella PRO product. The roast button does not work at all, which defeats the purpose of buying it. On top of that, the unit takes a minute or more to power on, even after pressing the button several times. I tried troubleshooting, but nothing worked, and I eventually had to return it to the store. This is not what I expect from a new appliance. I do not recommend this product due to poor functionality and reliability.

I bought this model trying to avoid toxic plastic, etc. They advertise it as non-toxic, yet there are RUBBER tabs on the inside plate! I try to use it now without the plate, but the results aren't good.

Big basket and cooks everything evenly. Easy to work touch display.

The description says there is an air fry button and there is not. It also says it has the capacity to hydrate and I can't figure out how to do that. Also it's supposed to have a shake feature and maybe that's on the auto cook features. Very misleading product

Poor quality, easily broken if you hit it somehow. Did not resist to transport and arrived broken. Had to return and opted for a ninja .

Pretty good air fryer. I would have gave a 5 star but it takes long to preheat

Purchased on January 26th and it stopped working by February 16th. The return window closed on February 10th, so now I have to go directly through the manufacturer. They don’t even have any units in stock to replace it, and their solution is to send a check instead. Now I’m stuck searching for a different air fryer. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

It was a gift and he likes it. Larger than I thought.

Not what I expected. It has less features of what you need to cook like baked potato, warming up pizza other items not what I expected.

Not a good air fryer. The air has to circulate under a grate that you have under the food. The grate and the sides of the air fryer are difficult to clean, are not "No-Stick", they get dirty very fast, and I have been spraying Pam on everything before every use, and it is still cruddy after just a few uses. So two things - Very Difficult to clean (you must hand wash the tray that is used to elevate the food so that it is an "air fryer", plus the food sticks and it has lots of crannies making it difficult to get the crud, must use your fingernail) and two, as an air fryer, it is not good at cooking or controlling with the buttons. It is a pain (and takes way too much time) to use the worthless buttons (which are touchy and are a pain to use as buttons), plus the food is not cooked well as an air fryer. Don't buy this poorly designed thing.

Seems great except single problem, the crisper rack is very thin and flat and nonstick flakes off because of the flat thin rack. The old bella airfryer i had had a rounded top on each 'bar' of the rack. The flat stamped thin piece causes food to touch the rough stamp hole which the nonstick coating flaked off of just from first cleaning. Go back to the old rack design and the nonstick would not flake as much i think.

I bought two of this products, one for my daughter using in her apartment and one for me at home. Mine seams functioning properly without issues, but the one shipped to my daughter is a broken one. When it is started, it made huge noise like something was shaking inside. She checked it multiple times and still feel it can not work safely. Since it was shipped to her in campus and she has put all packages into garbage bin, she can not return it. At the end, we just feel wasted money with bad luck.

not as user friendly as my last bella ... instructions are vague , and is noway the same as my other one . learning curve is too long !

Purchased this as a gift for my daughter's housewarming. The 1st time they tried to use it; it wouldn't power on. They asked me to look at it. I tried different outlets, ect.. still no power, lights or sound from it. The control panel is completely black. I contacted BestBuy but because it was outside the 15-day returned period they wouldn't do anything. Do not purchase anything as a gift from BestBuy because if there are any problems after the 15 days you are stuck dealing directly with the manufacture. I should have purchased from Amazon.

It came broken. I told Best Buy I came broken and instead of actually trying to fix that they decided that they were going to tell me to go to a Best Buy store in order to get a replacement knowing that there’s no Best Buy actually close to me also as well as having me wait 2 1/2 weeks to receive the product even though they told me next day shipping.
