Always preheats. Controls are unusual. Has no air fry option. It does have a 2 year warranty .

It doesn't work well. I didn't use it during month of Dec and Janu with busy schedule. I tried to exchange it but Best busy refused to do so since it was past return date

bad producut,bad service. don't buy it. i just used it server times,it can't start anymore. i file a claim to bella due to out of the return time. a week past, it didn't receive response. i called today, they say it was considerd at other partment. that's all.

Bought 2, 8-quart ones on sale and on line (one for me one for gift). Received 1- 8 quart and 1-4 quart* Best Buy locally would NOT accept anything from Nest buy online = Hence, had to ship and return on line - gave em both away and done doing any future Best Buy business after so many loyal years

Broke after 4 weeks of light use. Fan stopped working. Absolutely do not buy this brand.

It functioned well, but it started failing after less than 8 months. While running, it intermittently stops and starts with lights flashing. Clearly the internal electronics are going. Unacceptable after less than a year.

I got a bad one. returned it. They're probably ok, but mine had a few programming problems.

timer did not work; timer would not turn off on correct time. the timer would not shut off correctly. timer set for 5 minutes, air fryer shut off at 7 1/2 minutes. 2 1/2 minutes over.

Looks nice but i dont see the actual air fry button and most foods have the time estimated for the air fry button

Get another brand. This broke after 2-3 weeks. Warranty said they could not send a new replacement one but will send check that will take 4-6 weeks with no confirmation when its sent out or no tracking.

My delivery was stolen by the contracted Best Buy used and then they did nothing to resolve the situation. Never using Best Buy again

Works great. Only reason for 3 stars is because of the size. It takes up too much cabnet space.

It’s spacious but it last one year before we needed to replace it. I suggest you get the warranty because I didn’t.

This new large air fryer from Bella turned out to be a speedier cooker than I expected. Because it is very large, I thought it might be slower, but it was as fast as smaller units.. When I chose to cook just two Italian sausage links as my first use, I was surprised that it cooked them perfectly and quickly. I then tried two sausage links in a smaller air fryer; it took more time. So that was a pleasant surprise. Tip of the cap to the Bella engineers who balanced the size and power perfectly to preheat quickly and cook efficiently. Doing cleanup I noticed that the entire unit is non-stick and cleaned easily. Bella is using a fantastic ceramic coating. Also, since it round, there is no place for food to hide in corners during cleanup. The crisping tray which fit snugly in the interior was easy to clean as it is non-stick as well. The crisping tray has 4 nice bumpers that make sure it fits right and sits off the bottom. I did burn some hamburgers in the unit (my fault), but no sticking whatsoever, cleaned up with a paper towel - wow. I checked out the 10 presets and realized these presets covered about 80% of what I would use the unit for. Of course you don't need to use the presets but I think you will find that they are indispensable and well thought out - another tip of the cap to the design engineers at Bella. The display screen is easy to read, no tiny symbols or small letters, also well done by the designers especially for older eyes. There is a convenient handle in the back so that when you have a large item like a 5 pound chicken, which I cooked; you can easily lift this unit using the front handle and the handy back handle. This is the only time I've seen this back handle feature - very nice. The user guide is well written and clear. Although the guide covered many types of food to cook and how to utilize the presets, I think a larger recipe booklet would be a nice touch to add since this cooker is big enough for some dandy recipes. This unit has an excellent 2 year warranty not just 90 days. I was impressed by the sturdy build and just plain functional and easy to use design. I would highly recommend this air fryer for large and small meals.

In the short time since we got the bella Pro SmartCrisp Air Fryer, it's become one of the hardest-working appliances in our kitchen, right up there with our blender. The air frying feature is a game-changer, but the baking and reheating functions are super handy too, especially with the extra-large basket. And since it's a breeze to clean thanks to the EverGood ceramic coating, this air fryer has quickly become an indispensable tool in our cooking repertoire. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed. Just bought this for Christmas and already broke. Don't waste your money on this one.
