Item was fine. All customer service encounters have been horrible.

This product works great and the only issue I have had with it is when I first bought it and opened it up the top of it was dented other than that it's a great product works extremely well

Solid air fryer with big enough size for food of mutiple people. But the outside can get really hot so if its on high temperature for some time.

Presented as advertised and better. These things last forever.

The best air fryer we own. It warms up very quickly and the setting options are very good. We use it 3 or 4 times a day and it’s still operating like the first time we used it.

My wife absolutely loves her Fryer!! I gave it to her for Christmas and hasn’t stopped using it since! She didn’t like the red color but I’m in Angels fan so she’ll have to deal with that XD.

Couldn’t use it, when I opened I noticed it was damaged from inside, specifically the grill pan had some chips and I decided to return the item, I would recommend it if you need something big otherwise just a smaller size would be fine

This Air Fryer is great especially at a sale price. Its interface is well lit and responsive. It heats and does what you’d expect. I would recommend this one.

After a few months the unit started turn itself off when cooking. The front starts blinking. We clean it before every use, so not sure why its doing that. Kind of a large unit, not sure returning it is possible without the box. When it works, it works great. We just have to watch it and make sure it doesnt stop. Pulling out the tray and reinserting will normally bring it back and start it again.

It was on sale so I bought it to replace my 4 qt older model. The new one is great and I like the energy efficiency.

This is my second Bella air fryer. These are average products that perform well but seem to deteriorate over time. Most frustrating thing is the power button light. On this one its a constant flashing circle white lite for power. The one we replaced had a solid red rather large square light that stayed on. I just don't understand why the power light has to stay on. We have to leave it unplugged until we want to use it. It's annoying and wastes electricity. The stainless also shows marks easily.

Very good basic air fryer. Simple unit perfect for smaller kitchens.
