I love Bella Pro - the brand's appliances pretty much monopolize all the counter space in my small kitchen! The problem with this air fryer is the SHAPE! I own 3 air fryers - a basket model, a combo air fryer/grill, and an air fryer oven. Other than the air frying ability, the thing they all have in common is a RECTANGULAR cooking chamber! There's no practical way to take advantage of the ENTIRE cooking surface in a ROUND air frying device - unless you're reheating a personal-size PIZZA, or an OMELETE, or PANCAKES. But, the bulk of the foods actually COOKED in this ROUND air fryer will not be able to maximize the full 8 QUARTS of this oven!

Good for quick frying chicken and French fries!!!!

The reviews were mixed but we gave it a chance anyway. We tried washing it twice with cooking after each time. Our food tasted like plastic and our home stunk. I am not sure what caused the smell but we decided it is not worth the chance.

This has been an overall good air fryer! The only downside is that it doesn't have a window, like my last air fryer. Other than that is does well.

It was so difficult to made this purchase with my Best Buy Rewards coupon online. So I called customer services on 09/23. Instead of getting help, the representative made a error of charging me for my rewards coupon. And she said she will reversed the error and call me back once she sees it in her computer system. She said it will take 1 hour to call me back to confirmed, but she never did call ! I was so anxious and worry the whole night about the error she made on my account. Without her help, I was able to see the error reversed the "next" day by itself. But if the Best Buy representative promised to call me, she should have called me!
