it worked great for 2 weeks, then it wouldn't come on. had to return it and i didn't get the same brand

The machine works fine but instead of getting a stream you get a sputter.

The coffee from this thing is super weak. And sometimes it leaked. Wasn't worth the lower price compared to a Keurig—the quality is just too much lower. I returned it an got a Keurig that has the "strong" setting and have been happy enough with the results.

I liked the convenience of drip and K-cup in single machine and was happy with the performance for a couple month. But it just stopped working and I could smell the burnt motor. Disappointed that it didn't last long.

It's a nice design but not work well. First, the coffee made from that machine is not good. When I used the same coffee pod on Keurig the coffee taste better than that coffee machine. Also that coffee machine broke after 2 months, mainly the issue of the control button not work properly. However, I can't take it back to Best Buy because Best Buy won't take return after 1 month. Have to call the customer service of Bella directly and fortunately they mail me the refund check.

Coffee maker is okay (not particularly good or bad), however, a major problem is that the two height positions aren't good for any size cup. So as the coffee drips it splashes everywhere.

I do not like how it brews my coffee. It does not make a good coffee. It does not extract the whole taste as compared to Other coffee maker of the same purpose.

Either this coffee maker or I could not figure out the right cup size; it keep overfilling the cup. Returned it.

It stopped working after 2 months. Started leaking.

The coffee people maker did not work out of the box. Luckily Best Buy is good with returns. Sadly, the second one worked for a day and then stopped working. I’m not sure what was going on. I have had good luck with other Bella products. This particular product may have been a dud or it was just a bad batch...

The coffee maker made an ok cup of coffee at first but got weaker and not as hot.
