Very disappointed. The coffee maker didn’t work right out of the box. Particularly frustrating because I bought it at my local Best Buy and took it to my daughter in college a couple hours away. So I returned it and bought a Cuisinart that I shipped to her.

Bought the machine May 1st and by mid-July it was failing, apparently obstructed maybe, can't get water to flow through the needle that punches the hold in the coffee pod. Too late to seek refund from BB, so I wrote to Bella customer service. No reply yet

I got this for my mom for Christmas. It lasted just a few months. The store brand from that famous place has lasted almost two years and was cheaper.

Had to return my Bella coffee maker. Worked for a week then suddenly it didn't dispense water anymore. I'm just glad bestbuy accepted my return even tho i threw away the box already.

Not worth it. Too noisy and pricey as well, Save your money and buy something that will last you

I brewed 1 cup of coffee then it wouldn't brew anything more. Big disappointment

Do not recommend. This lasted 2 Weeks and only make 2 cups a day.

I waited and watched for deals. I had a hard time paying $80+ for a machine that would replace my $20, 12 cup coffee maker. When all I had to do was heat up coffee in the microwave. I bought this on the Deal of the Day about 8 months ago. I could not be any happier with it. Love that a reusable k-cup came with and was not sold separately. Being able to select the amount of freshly brewed coffee it makes is a nice feature. I usually have 10 Oz, but fill the mesh basket up to the full line to get the fuller taste of coffee I like. Only having to fill the water container once every few day is also a nice feature. I usually wash it by hand each time. Which does not take more than 30 seconds. The rest of it is easy to clean as well. When brewing, it is quiet and is quick. It takes up less space than the 12 cup coffee maker I use to have

Easy to 1. set-up 2. Use 3. Clean Can use ground coffee, tea powder, green tea and K-cups, got this on a promotion and what more can i ask for. You cant go wrong with a 30 bucks coffee machine :P

Was super excited about this "Great Deal" until I got it home and tried it out! Unfortunately, like several other reviews, the liquid splashed out of the cup while brewing!...and not just a little bit once or twice during the brew cycle, I even tried it at both cup height levels and used two different size cups to see if it made a difference...it didn't! it splashed all over the counter and my arm & hand throughout the entire time! This could be very dangerous and significantly burn someone with very delicate skin! Since I purchased it for my older parent, there was NO WAY I was going to allow them to keep and use it, so I returned it and went to Wal-Mart and bought a Kuerig Compact instead and it is AWESOME!

I bought one of these about 3 weeks ago and I love it!

I bought this because I wanted to use it for my travel mug. Most of my travel mugs did not fit (16 0z). I fount 1 I could tilt a little. The big issue is the filter they supply has a max fill line. I could not put enough ground coffee in the filter if I wanted to fill my travel mug. I use 2 scoops, the usual amount, and I could only use about 1 1/4 scoops. This would brew flavorless coffee. Can't comment past this as I will be returning the unit.
