Lost gift card

But my credit card was billed for it. The gift cards are lost in transit. They are lost in a FedEx warehouse for 10 days! The customer service rep was useless and gave me a dedicated number to call. The call went right back to original customer service number. A simple cancellation or promise of a refund is all I needed. I would have repurchased the gift card!
