I ordered five Best Buy gift cards online for Christmas gifts; this is the second gift card I have been made aware was never activated upon receipt. Currently on hold (again!) with customer service to try to get it resolved. Because I just dealt with this with another card last week I know that unfortunately, they cannot activate the cards that we already have; they will have to submit the issue to claims and reissue another gift card by mail, which is expected to arrive in 7-10 business days. Extremely frustrating. At this point, this is not a safe bet for a gift.

I ordered this card online. It showed up not activated. It took 73 minutes and literally 15 people to finally get my money refunded. What a JOKE of customer service especially at what is supposed to be their highest level of customer service!!!!

Beautiful, convenient and fit for purpose. The blue/white is not loud but yet attractive. I find it suitable for use to present my gift.

I received a $50 Gift Card when I purchased a PS4. I just tried to use it and it was for only $20.

I use this for separating CD's that I make copies for and to keep them protected.

Purchased two gift cards online and had them sent to my son as a gift. He received them, tried to use them and found out that neither card was activated. I've had so many problems with Best Buy over the years, this is the last straw. My account be be closed and paid off and I'll never do business with Best Buy again.
