I am very pleased with Best Buy. I originally bought a gift card for my grandson for Christmas. The shipment was lost. I panicked, so I bought another gift card. In the meantime I called Best Buy and was refunded for the lost order. The second card arrived in time for Christmas. My grandson was elated to get the card as a Christmas gift.

It does exactly what it is meant to do. Although it did take a little longer to deliver than expected. Once received, it easily spends like the rest of them.
