I bought this gift card for my brother as a birthday gift. It’s the best and easiest gift to buy someone.

Ordered this online along with another card. Zero balance. No email on how to activate it. Regular customer service could not help. It was difficult to get to correct customer service for this card. Need to take it into store to get it fixed. Haven't had time to go to store yet.
