Don't Trust the Physical Gift Cards!

Before I received it on November 28th, the card was used and it had a $0 balance. When I called to check the balance, I was informed that a purchase was made on the 26th. Best Buy's Customer Care has been horrible! I've called into the help desk 6 times and was told the last 3 times that a new gift card was on its way. It's been over a week since the last time I was told that and still no gift card. I think they tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone.
