    Not sure what to buy as a gift? I don't know anybody who hates getting a gift card, especially to Best Buy. This way they have the freedom to get anything from videos to computer supplies to a coffee maker and it's their choice.

    Bought a physical gift card for $100 on Nov 25; 3 weeks so far, card is stuck in CA on Fed Ex, and after 2 chats with Best Buy, still not canceled, still not moving, Best Buy makes it difficult to engage customer service.
