(about 90 minutes to get 20%).The most annoying part though is that it constantly disconnects/reconnects every few minutes while charging. Also note, that an apple charger does not come with the product, you need to insert your own watch charger onto the device

1. Could you please check whether the USB-A or C power adapter you used is more than 20W? If power adapter is less than 20W, charging speed will be slow.
2. Sorry that the product does not include watch charger. We will add sticker on gift box in future to remind user "Watch Charger Not Included".
3. USB A to C adapter hide the USB Output symbol, we will remove the adapter to other location in package and add "Output to Watch Charger (5W)" for future product.
