    This charger is pure garbage. 7.5 watts is nothing, even overnight. I put my airpods case on this thing a full 24 hours and it didn’t increase the battery a single %. Pay the extra to get a good product. Avoid.

    I’m not too happy with this purchase. The AirPods don’t charge , which is a major inconvenience. Really disappointed, as I expected better quality. Hoping for a resolution or refund.

    This charger has a design defect

    The way the top is designed it will eventually break just from the force of attaching and removing your phone. There is no metal between the stand and where your phone attaches, just thin plastic. Other reviewers have posted photos of how it breaks. Mine broke just like the others. Customer service at the store struggled to figure out how to help me, in spite of it having a 1 year warranty and being a Best Buy branded product.

    The plastic magsafe phone portion broke when pulling the phone off it. Needs to be made with stronger plastic because the magnet is too strong

    I ordered brand new product from best buy. But!!!! I received an open box one. And it didn't work fine. I can't charge my AirPods in this trash. It's the worst experience I met. I submit the complain request. But no one reply.

    The magnet could not hold up my Pixel 8 Pro. I tried both landscape and portrait orientations without my case, and the magnet would not hold it in place. Will be returning.

    Only had 2 days to test But great product. I received item 2 days ago and had an email telling me I had to review or was at risk. So I'll try and make it as clear and concise as i can. First off the product is awesome you can charge either your phone at 7.5 Watts and 5 watts of power for charging your Air pods. The phone magnetically is held into place and you place your Air pods on the stand in the case and you can charge them at the same time. No more wires laying around to charge all your items. Ease of use is awesome and it's so convenient that you can charge both things at once. Cuts down on clutter and looks great because you have just the one plug on the back side of the cradle vs having cables laying around everywhere. I was lazy when it came to charging my Air pods and so most of the time i would just forget to charge them and so never got used. With this charging stand it's great because I'm going to charge my phone anyways so i just set my Air pods on the stand and now I'm getting a lot more use out of them. So for me the simplicity and ability to charge them at the same time made the difference of me using my Air pods and now using them almost all the time. Well worth the purchase and i highly recommend the charger, great item love it.
