Otherwise it will fall with the slightest touch or movement.

If you have a thick case without an additional magnet in it, it barelyyy holds it up. Other than that, works as advertised.

It works great, I also have a otterbox one in one of my other offices I don’t use very much and I really prefer the Best Buy one. I have used my first one for a 6 months now and just bought another to use at home. I really like that you can adjust the angle of your phone on it.
