    One of the ports stopped working after a couple of months. Also when I connect devices to both ports, one of them doesn’t work especially the USB one doesn’t work

    I bought this 2-pack iPhone charger kit from Best Buy. I asked the salesperson specifically to make sure these would work with both the XR and 15 Pro models and he confirmed that. Ewhen I came home and opened the package, I realized that these DO NOT work with my current XR model.
