I have a young man and he was very good. He needed help from his supervisor when the young supervisor got up there never have I been. So disrespected, he was so condescending and very clear that he’s only 27 years old and the fact that I was twice as age he did not care how he did his job. You could certainly tell by the way this young man acted poorly in every way at the Bristol Tennessee store Again, the original associate was very good so good luck

A Value that's hard to beat!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While it is a little difficult to get overly effusive about charging bricks and cables, the Best Buy Essentials™ - 20W Dual-Port Wall Charging Kit is really almost impossible to beat from a value & performance standpoint! You get 2 sharp-looking, white charging bricks that support both USB-C and USB-A cables as well as 2x 5ft USB-C to USC-C cables for a GREAT PRICE!! While I still have a phone & tablet that require Lightning cables, I also have several other items that require USB-C- e.g. headphones, speakers, game systems, etc... the Best Buy essentials™ - 20W Dual-Port Wall ChargingKit charged all of them with no issues and now I'm somewhat future-proofed for my near-future iPhone upgrade when all my old lightning cables become useless and I need to replace those with more USB-C cables. If forced to identify a downside, I think I’d have to go with non-foldable prongs, making the plugs themselves a little less travel-friendly. That said, I already have a couple of other travel adapters with this function, so the Best Buy essentials™ - 20W Dual-Port Wall Charging Kit can simply be for those locations where I keep chargers infixed locations- i.e. office, WFH workspace, etc.
