I cannot charge one device via the usb a port and another through the usb c port simultaneously. Aside from that, works as normal.

These wall chargers are great. The kit comes with two charging units and two cords. They are very versatile with having both a USB-C and a regular USB port on each of the charging units. It's very useful to have the charging unit separate from the cord. The design is simple and the quality is good - very durable. I use them with my phone and security cameras. You can charge two devices at once also. The cords are the perfect length (5'), not too long but not too short. This kit comes with two USB-C to USB-C cords. They are a smooth plastic and are flexible so they don't get tangled up. The end in particular seems solidly built - the wires won't pull out from use. I was surprised at how fast charging this is. It seemed to charge my cell phone rapidly - just as good as my "fast" chargers. The chargers are small enough in size to be very portable, and the cords wrap nicely into a circle for easy travelling. Overall, this wall charging kit functions perfectly and is adaptable to use with most devices. I would definitely recommend them.

Great price but after two months the recharge rate is 1s strong as the first month but still a good gadget for the price.

Good for back up charging not the best of the best but still good enough

This is the worst charger I have ever had. Chargers from the dollar store are better than this one. The cable stopped working within a week of use. I have never had a cable stop working so quickly like this one.

I never write reviews but this product was horrible. One of the wall adapters stopped working after my first use and it didn’t even full charge my iPhone before it stopped working. Very disappointed, and I threw packaging away so unable to return.

Horrible. This was purchased fraudulently. Best buy allowed someone to pickup in store without checking an ID. Im still waiting kn a call back from the manager after several weeks. They still have the nerve to email and ask me to leave a review....so here you go.

Not that good. Cable that came in stopped working after a week. But power box works…

I brought it because my old phone was acting up pretty bad, but the charger didn't help at least. My boyfriend had to hurry and buy me a new phone to make a long story short.

Apparently, you can’t charge two items at the same time. I tried to charge my iPhone 17 and my Apple TV remote at the same time. Does not work. So disappointed.

One of them stopped working it even used often. Just heard a popping sound. Checked my outlet not sure what if it was the product or outlet

The dual adapter won't charge my iPhone and Apple Watch simultaneously, which defeats the purpose of a dual adapter.

The cords stop charging consistently a week after purchase!!!

This 2-pack of wall chargers has been excellent so far. Believe it or not, there are still a lot of hotels where there are no USB plugs to charge devices (or you may be concerned about data skimming from the ones in hotels or airports). In addition, a lot of times I travel with my bike, so I have my bike computer, fitness watch, and bike lights that I like to charge overnight. And there NEVER seem to be enough plugs. Each device in this 2-pack can charge up to two devices at the same time--one through USB-C and one through USB-A. I have used each individually and both simultaneously multiple times for my iPhone, Android tablet and cycling gear. The devices have worked flawlessly. I think the best thing is that they don't get hot to the touch, even after charging for an extended period. A lot of my other chargers get really hot. I won't be using those anymore. The USB-A will charge up to 2.4 Amps and the USB-C will charge up to 3.0 Amps. Remember that even if your device requires charging at a lower amperage, it will only draw what it requires, so there is no worry about damaging your deivce. This makes these chargers very universal. The two USB-C to USB-C cables included in the box are also of a sufficient length, 5 feet.

Review for Best Buy essentials™ - 20W Dual-Port Wall Charging Kit for USB-C I really like the Best Buy essentials brand - they’re well made and very affordable. This kit comes with two 20 watt charging blocks and two 5 foot USB-C to USB-C cables. These “C to C” cables give you the best and fastest charging capabilities by design. The double unit is packaged well, but does not contain a bunch of plastic or styrofoam padding. I hate those plastic clamshells that can only be opened with power tools. (Kidding, but almost not…) The boxes are easily recycled cardboard. This kit is so affordable, it’s easy to get several and leave them around the house for a quick recharge on my phone or tablet. They’re even powerful enough to charge most laptops. The power blocks are small enough for easy packing on a trip. The cables themselves are well made and just the right length for me. The extra flexibility of the standard USB socket lets me connect other cables that I might need for older electronics. This double capacity lets me charge two items at the same time.

Got these chargers mainly to charge both my iPhone and iPad Mini (since both use USB-C charge ports). With 20 watts per charger, it matches the needs for the both of the devices. And of course I can pop in the cord from my other iPhone 13 Pro if needed as well (since my cord has USB-A on the charge end and still lightning on the phone end). The charge cord itself is plenty long (five feet). No issues with bending or kinking at all. The blocks are really great and nice and compact, and easily pack in my backpack. I definitely recommend this charger/cord bundle as long as you only need 20 W or less. Excellent value. AND you get TWO for less than the typical price of ONE!
