Best Buy Essentials is a brand I trust, and when I saw that they are selling a 2 charger, 2 USB C cable kit for this cheap I know I had to jump on this opportunity. In a house with a family of multiple people where the kids keep stealing and misplacing chargers with the audacity to ask me and their mom "bruh what percentage are you on" when we ask for our chargers back, I know I needed to get more chargers...maybe 2 per room and this compact in size with 20 Watts USB C charger works for almost every chargeable device we own, from phones to tablets to chromebooks and even laptops! these chargers are reliable, cheap, wont be sad if we lost a couple of them and easily replicable. they charge at a decent speed and they are compact in size and fit everywhere. I also carry one of them in my work bag for emergencies. they worked on iPhone, Google books, Pixels, Google Home hubs, Bluetooth speakers, and even my steak thermometer! I strongly recommend them and I recommend them even more if you have kids around in the house! these are ESSENTIAL!

Feels terrible and doesn’t seem like it charges quickly enough

The Best Buy Essentials Charging Kit with 20 watts of power in 2 separate ports all wrapped up into a kit with very nice charging cables as well. The charging blocks themselves have both an A and C port designed right into them which makes it great when you grab the wrong cable and leave, as long as it has one end right, you can charge. I started the testing with my phone plugged into the USB-C port by itself, my smartphone was able to charge at 2 hours and 23 minutes starting at 11 percent battery. I compared that the next day from 9% on the OEM super fast charger of 35 watts and that came in at 1 hour and 31 minutes, so, it is slightly slower but what do you expect with 15 less watts. Now, I did find the next day, I plugged into the Best Buy charger with the USB-C port to my phone, I also plugged my tablet into the USB-A to USB-C cable to my same brand Tablet and the charging time west up substantially on my smartphone for charging time until full, over an hour was added. As soon as I unplugged the tablet, the time was cut down to normal time again on my phone, so that shows it is 20W total, not each. Still though, these little chargers rock and for the price, you cannot beat it with great quality cables. And to bring up the cables, they are easily OEM top tier brand quality. They have great positive and tight ports, thick sleeved cables and feel like a quality piece. Best Buy definitely made an in-house branded product that can absolutely give any name brand a run for its money. Hats off Best Buy!

This is an outstanding deal! We just returned from our beach vacation, where we relied on these chargers daily and overnight. They exceeded our expectations. They delivered reliable, fast charging to all our devices every time. Inside the box, you will find two USB-C to USB-C cables, each five feet long—the perfect standard length. The BB Essentials charging kit is a solid, economical option for those looking for replacement chargers for their various devices. There's a ton of value here, featuring decent enough quality and TWO charging bricks and USB C cords in the box. Each brick includes both a USB C and A port, giving additional flexibility in usage. The only real downside here is that the chargers are on the low end for power delivery, pushing a max of 20 watts to your devices. What this means in real world usage is that, while it's ok for phones and devices with smaller batteries, this won't be sufficient for devices like laptops and more power hungry tablets. In my case, I use this primarily to charge my Pixel 8 Pro, which itself doesn't really support fast charging, so these power bricks are perfect in that case. I've found these to be great on the go, allowing me to charge my phone at night while keeping a baby monitor plugged in as well. Overall, these are a very good option for those looking for a budget friendly and flexible charging option that just works.

The box includes 2 USB-C to USB-C cables which offers more value and convenience. However, older models like iPhone 14 don’t have USB-C ports. So I do wish Best Buy would replace one of the USB-C to USB-C cables with either “USB-C to Lightning” or “USB-A to Lightning” cable for more compatible devices. Another option would be a new bundle with one more USB-C to Lightning cable in the box... We all know UBB-C is becoming unviversal, but in the meanwhile, offering customers with what they actually need right now can bring in more revenue with higher customer satisfaction.
