    They promise free delivery and set-up and that’s great, the thing they don’t say is your delivery date will be canceled and rescheduled for the following week. Every. Single. Time. This is the fourth time for me.

    Didn't fit my Kindle even though a salesperson looked at my Kindle and said it would. I should have opened the box and tried the cord. I did bring all three of the Kindle's. Poor value because not correct cord.

    The problem with this cord is the end micro sd connector collapses and stops staying connected with the the devices that you connect it too.

    It's a CORD. The salesman said I could use it to recover photos from my old phone to my new one or my computer. However, since it does not have the required software to accomplish this it is useless to me.

    These cables do not maintain a consistent connection. When fully seated the electrical connection is lost. Must wiggle outward to find a connection.

    Bought this for charging my iPhone and iPad when traveling. I put it in with my travel bag and just went on first trip only to find out it doesn’t fit my iPhone or iPad. I have had such success with Best Buy that I didn’t double check when I got home.

    Three people answer my request in the wrong way,and made me purchased the wrong cable ,apparently they have no idea of what the store is selling,if they had taken a moment they would find out I needed a tipe C cable,not the one I got ,total incompetence

    I was given the wrog size cable for my specific Amazon tablet, even though I had the tablet with me and showed it to the staff member, who assured me it would fit. I will be returning it this Sunday.
