    It was great for the first 2 days. But started shorting out by the 3rd and 4th day by a week was unusable. Only reason i kept try is because i just had surgery so couldnt go out and buy another one and shipping from amazon takes forever here.

    USB-C Connector too tight in Phone Jack

    Cable was well constructed and functional. I used it to charge the phone in the car. To my dismay, the connector to the phone fit so tightly I needed pliers to remove the cable from my phone. Either mfg specs need to be tweaked or QC should do better job. Overall, disappointed. Happy with new replacement.

    Terrible charging cord

    The charging cables don't stay plugged in as the design of the cable connector is too short to stay in the charging port. Have this problem with any Type C device. Don't waste your hard earned money or time.

    Stopped working after 7 months. Ordered this to use for Apple Car Play connection and they cable was great until it completely stopped connecting my phone you my car a few days ago

    Best Buy where to begin..... you sell stuff you don't even stock for that product as an accessory what store sells projectors and tvs but don't stock mounts for these items they sell ? Pathetic ! Terrible experience

    I don't even remember buying this. I would say it's 1 star and poor quality because it says best buy essential which I assume means Best Buy brand which sounds like a recipe for disaster
