This cable charges but doesn't transfer pictures

I tried both the 5' and 9' cables and neither allowed me to transfer the pictures. Very disappointed. I'll be returning both tomorrow. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A32 5G.

I ended up buying the genuine Samsung OEM cord elsewhere and it fit perfectly! It would have been easier to get it at Best Buy, but it was not available.

Needs to have just the right position and tension on the cord in order to charge. A slight bump of the cord and it's no longer charging. Not a fan. Borrowed a Samsung cable and it works fine.
