Theres supposed to be a limited warranty on this. My car is broke and my mechanic is out of town and they’re only giving me 20 days to return it for a refund or replacement. My mechanic isnt going to be back in town for over a month. Best buy is unable to help me further. You’re better off buying a charger on amazon or somewhere that offers better customer service.

So I do not recommend this charger to anyone. I would just spend the extra money and get the Apple charger. Even though those break as well, you at least get a couple more weeks out of them. Lol

It broke in about 3 days after purchasing it. I do not recommend this item based on my experience.

Stopped working one week in

Thought it would be the most basic but reliable but it ended up being a not so good charger. Would return and get a different one if I could.

It only got about 5% charge in over 20-25 minutes of charging while I could get almost 1% every 2-3 minutes with Insignia’s. If you want good charging speeds, look elsewhere.

When I can get it to start charging, it drains the battery within a matter of seconds. For example, I plugged it in at 12% and it drained the battery to 6% within 20 seconds. Not sure what is wrong with the charger.
