I can’t say this fixed the problem because there were a bunch of things I did to troubleshoot my connectivity issues. But the best aspect of this purchase was running out the door and driving to Best Buy, ten minutes before closing, and getting help immediately from a friendly and knowledgeable team member. Sounds crazy, but it kind of made my day.
