Its past the time to be able to return or exchange it. 2 stars only because it seem to charge devices fairly well. Other than that, always need to push it back in.

It flops around in the hole, and you must continually watch that the blue pilot light is glowing indicating that it is energized. Otherwise, it flops so as to not be connected and then your phone isn't charged. Perhaps there is no standard for cigarette lighter size. My car is a 1995 Mercedes E300D. maybe they have beed re-sized since then,
