    Met my need. I lost two of four of my USB ports on my computer. This allowed me to utilize one of the goods ones to replace the bags ones plus an extra usb port.

    Solved my problem by supplying the proper amount of power to all my equipment. Adding power to hub let’s all ports work to capacity

    I haven't had this very long but it is working just fine. I just use it mostly to attach my phone cable to my laptop to transfer photos.

    I bought this with intent to use as a multiple outlet charging station for phone, Kindle pad and other items that use USB connections. It works that way, but I think it was intended more as for multiple inputs to a computer.

    Purchased this to connect two computers to the same printer via USB hub. That didn't work, but for multiple peripherals needing USB connection, this works great.
