In a bind ill get again but there is anouther product for the price of 2 of these you can get 3 chords for the same price and different sizes too.

I think sales staff should have told me when I was looking at this product. Shouldn't assume everyone, especially elderly, are "tech savvy".

The salesperson glanced at it and proceeded to pull a cable off the shelf which he promised would work. It did not work and I ended up having to return it.

I didn’t need it right away so didn’t open the packaging immediately. When I opened it, I found it was missing the cord. I brought it back to Best Buy, they said “sorry, more than 15 days. Can’t help you.” I spent $9 on a cord that should have been included. The cord works fine but customer service stinks.
