Sure enough, came to the end of the cord one day and the phone abruptly fell to the floor landing on the lightning connector and bending it. This 9' cord gives me plenty of length, and now that I'm not stretching it, should last a long time.

Charging dilemma

So, when I got home I decided to purchase another on that was longer. I checked out other retailers but this one seemed to be the best. It is a very strong cable and fits my needs perfectly.

Also really nice when you’re in study rooms or cafes where the outlets are just too far away for your normal cord to reach the table.
