This is a great cable for older iPhones. It is a good length and made to be strong. Some people complained that the cable at the Lightning end is too stiff, but that stiffness is necessary for strength. There is a good reason you don't want long charging cables that are thin and flexible.

The USB Charge and Sync Cable charges perfectly.Same as the apple cable. For a much more reasonable price. The cable is much longer and more flexible. I carry it back and forth to work and it fits conveniently in my bag. I have tried other Best Buy Essential products and have not any issues so I will continue to use them.

This cable saved my life

It whiped out the windows on the 11th floor and started dragging me out out by my feet like my step dad use to do when hed drag me around the house when i touched his ashley simpson memorabilia in the spare bedroom. While bracing myself on the edge of a broken window 110 feet in the air, the only thing i had to grab onto was this insignia 10 foot lightning cable. Dangling there, screaming for mother for 15 minutes. I was finally saved by a tall, tan, handsome firefighter. Thank you for the build quality on these incredible cables.
