I purchased 2 of these. They only last about 6 months before they start to come apart. I've never had cords come apart this quickly. It usually takes years before it happens

It worked as advertised for a year and a half but now it’s starting to come apart just from normal use.

This is a very durable cord; much heavy than the typical charger cords. I love the 9ft length and the excellent quality. I one of those that use the phone while charging as a result this at times puts strain on the cord, and contributes the code wearing out No more tugging and wires being exposed. This could be the charging cord for many years to come.

Good value. Good product. Purchased "open box excellent", and is just like new. Works fine for both data transfer and charging. I like the 9 foot length for ease of use and versatility. It's USB 2.0 (black), meaning should be good for data transfer speed of up to 480 Mbps. Had it shipped, received in 3 days. Needed a new cable for my phone and Best Buy came through in the clutch; now I can keep my phone for another 6 years. Charges fast and data transfer is fast per my seat-of-the-pants testing using it. Well made. Good quality. Have had excellent results with Best Buy cables.

Best Buy Essentials is my go-to when I need a cord. They're affordable and come in lots of different sizes. I use this one primarily for charging my phone. I have a longer one that I use for my gaming controller connected to my PC, and they both do exactly what I need and are durable.

You can't beat the quality of these usb cables for the same price. This new cable has corrected an issue that I was experiencing on my office desk. My previous 3' cable was too short, and my Google Pixel 6 phone kept falling off of my desk when charging it! I was afraid that if the problem continued, then my phone would be damaged! The new cable is 6' longer than the old one, and has completely resolved the problem. It charges my phone the same way that the old one did, and does not have the same issue. The cost was very reasonable, and Best Buy did not charge me for shipping, so my decision to purchase it was obvious.
