You have to keep in mind that it doesn’t indicate a battery level where you can clearly see how much power you have left. Also since it’s only 5,000mah you can only get enough to charge your iPhone for a certain amount of time. When you get home you should put it in to charge so you have power the next day, which that part alone can be annoying.

Fire hazard. is there a recall

I got it a while ago, but this happened the first time I tried to charge it, The charger has successfully charged my iPad, headphones, and a Nintendo Switch many times, so I doubt that it is the chargers fault. my nice usb C cable is now melted into it as well.

Great portable battery and price tag

Easy to charge and use, and does the job well. Lower price tag than the Apple version with a bigger capacity battery as well. Just don't expect it to do a full charge on your phone as the battery in them isn't as big as traditional power banks.

Ready to go out of the box. Well made. Good price - easy purchase to make. I'm sure we will be happy that we purchased this in advance. Having to carry a "traditional" charger and wires is always sort of a pain (even if they're short) on trips. Excited to have this for our next one.
