The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL, the gentleman who assisted me went above and beyond. I checked the website before I went and it said the store had an open box, when I went to the store the item was not on the shelf and when I spoke to the assosciate he spent about 15 minutes getting the product for me from the back. The item cost was less than $10.

I purchase 3 used monitors to add to my work station and docking station set up. The HDMI went into the back of my new docking station and the DVI to the back of the monitor. This adaptor was an inexpensive way to use older equipment with new equipment and laptop. Love that is was a quick few steps of plug and play.
