    I had no trouble finding the cord. I was helped immediately upon entering the store and the young man working there took me right to where I needed to be once I told him what I was looking for. Excellent customer service.

    I see all the positive reviews, yet I can't seem to get this to work, just like the Insignia HDMI to USB adapters. Is it me? Am I doing this wrong? Because I cannot get these dual monitors to work for the life of me! The cords feel like they are good quality, but they just don't work! They have me questioning my sanity.

    I was not sure if the signal conversion was both ways, but it does. I need to convert from a DVI-D output to an HDMI input. I had an older port replicator with a DVI-D output and a monitor with an HDMI input and it worked great!
