Took back the weekend after and it was out of the small time frame for returns! How does a tech store not guarantee their pwn products for more than 14 days? Seriously!? Bought the same one again as it was 7.99 and i needed it immediately but i purchased a truated brand with a 1 year warranty.

I got incorrect and incomplete information from my sales person and from my check out person, twice. A manager tried her best to help for over an hour, but couldn't solve my problem. I originally purchased an expensive computer, but things went way downhill from there. I got cut off three times from there telephone help line. I'm still trying to get someone there.

Broke in a couple months
